If you would like to make a family gathering, friends with birthday parties, bachelor parties, it will be a nice activity for you. We can arrange a fun private cooking class. Most of the dishes in the cooking classes are authentic Japanese plant-based dishes.
Shokudo (食堂) means casual dinner or restaurant in Japanese. I wanted to make a comfortable space for everyone who visits this "Shokudo" to have a good time through the fun and tasty Japanese homemade cooking experience. as if you were actually visiting a local “Shokudo” in Japan. It’s like a Japanese grandma’s home cooking with a lot of You will learn some useful knowledge about Japanese home cooking from scratch. And It’s all vegetarian / vegan with seasonal vegetables.
